In 2010, a small group of Filipino risk, HR, and technology professionals asked a simple question: why do companies keep making the same costly hiring mistakes? The answer was not a lack of effort. It was a lack of reliable, verified information delivered in time to matter. So we built Vanguard. Not as a product. As a partner.

Today we screen candidates across 180 countries for clients in banking, BPO, healthcare, and government. We have processed over a million background checks. We have never once compromised on accuracy to meet a deadline. That is not a policy. It is who we are.
